A Conversation for Dyslexia

When I was growing up it was generally not recognised as much as it is now. I was fortunate to have parents who taught me words from a very young age because I was eager to learn. People never caught on to my bad spelling the only real symptom I displayed because I tended to make sense of sentances as I read. They thought that for a bright kid like me I was simply not able to spell very well until one teacher noticed that it was spelling that was the problem as the letters tended to be there but maybe were swapped in order of mirrored a p being a q or whatever. However I had learnt to overcome it to a major degree because I wanted to succeed at what I loved. And although I do still have problems I can life with them, especially when there is a spell check present.

Well I have to say that as far as teachers go, i have always beem so lucky, I was moved around at secondry school by some friendly people so I would not be in classes tought by bigoted teachers, and at collage my lectures were amazing.
as for this being the only entry, yer i did notice that the other day, which is reason for sending it to peer review, and spending so much time on it, if there is only one entry it might as well be a good one (or at least I hope it is a good one)

I hate to do this to an entry on dyslexia, but...
"Accuratly" - at the start - should be "Accurately".
