several, a/k/a random Started conversation Aug 17, 2004
due to cloud cover, observations were limited here, on Lake Erie, halfway between cleveland OH and erie PA.
thursday, 8/12, spotty clouds, 2-3 AM EDT, 15-20 minutes total viewing results in three meteors confirmed, four suspected lightning bugs and one unidentified. (i was distracted.)
monday, 8/16, midnight to 1 AM EDT, clear skies, about 15 minutes viewing results in five probable meteors, three lightning bugs and several brief blurs out of the corner of my vision.
as it's approaching 8/17, i may append my report with additional 
observations as needed.
