Dr E Vibenstein (You know it is, it really is.)

Check out http://www.go-fly.com/ - £29 each way between Edinburgh and Luton (or was it Stansted? One or the other).
http://www.easyjet.com/ is even cheaper at certain times, but dearer at other times.

Yeah we're going to need to start checking out the cheapest flights hon. A lot of cummuting is likely to come up in the short term at least.

I think their fares are cheaper if you spend a Saturday night in your destination before flying back. Shouldn't be too much of a problem for you though. smiley - winkeye

Well I hope we'll be indoors. It's getting cold enough as it is - in one month's time it'll be even colder.

Exactly one month until the meetup!

Burning love.

Hello everyone. I'm new here and you all sound as if you know each other, so accept my apologies please if I am shoving my oar where it does not belong.
Anyway my point is this:
As the net is real easy and annonymous, don't you expect to have a lot of people say they'll come, and then never turn up?
If that is true, how do you know wether to book Olympia conference centre, or the upstairs bar of the Rat & Parrot in Wardour St?
Just as a matter of perasonal entertainment, will it be possible to calculate an aproximate coeficient of H2G2 Bull**** from the differing figures of those saying theyl go, and those who get there?
I hope you all don't think I'm being disparaging about the idea. I think it's great and am hoping to attend myself, but it seems like a logistic nightmare.
How many people went to the last one? How many "Researchers" are there in the south east?
Sorry to be a git.
