Nice entry (bound to be popular... 
); one brief suggestion would be to use GuideML to make things a little more clear (ie put in headers using the and tags, and lists for the ingredients). Now, I don't know if you're au fait with GuideML - if not, don't worry; I'm not particularly good with programming languages or anything like that at all, but the GuideML clinic makes life ridiculously easy; all you have to do is copy the snippets of code for the relevant features and paste them into place et voila! Instant pizzazz!
