I met this immortal floating head once and it gave me a gun, told my penis was evil and I let out my war cry as I shook my weapon in the air and rode off with my compatriots to kill some innocents. I love you, Zardoz.

well, i was driving in my turnip and this guy came up to me. Picking up my plate of beans, he started talking about immortality. I was like "ooooo". So anyway, i walked over to the moon and considered what he had told me and decided immortality was rather a bad thing. Although it would have been nice to see Albert Camus play basketball.

hmmm, immortalily, evil or not? Well, on one hand, you would live forever, and whatever you did would have no consequence( you could also gain eternal wisdom and beneft all mortals), an the on the hand, it would be quite boring and it would be very easy to go sour on you!!(eg, you could get locked away in prison)hmmmm .....

Quite right - immortality would be VERY boring wouldn't it?
Now, if you could just give me the date you want to die...

Oh, I dunno... if you go about it the right way, there'd never be a shortage of stuff to do. "I think I'll learn carpentry this century." Or painting, or computer programming, or whatever. Spend a decade learning every language on the planet. And if you absolutely can't think of anything else to try, you can just find somewhere to sleep for ten years or so, then check out the new technology when you wake up.

Immortality and the Single Girl

Immortality and the single girl. Can you imagine what it would be like to have to hear the same old tired lines over and over again? I can't think of a worse fate than hearing, "That dress would look great on the floor next to my bed." in several different countries and languages.
