...i'm guessing the capital letters that don't start the lines are names (8?).
...the only word that fits 'a-t' is about-turn

They're not names, SP. They're a very specialised use of capitalisation, if that helps.
The - within Wawwpoa-tolhbu is a dash rather than a hyphen.
Each line follows on from the previous, yes.

Unfortunately, it won't be me to start. I spent ages compiling one weeks ago so I could have my first try. Now a) I have to run off again and b) I can't remember where I put the dratted thing. Will look in again tomorrow or Thursday.
