Why do human neonates look so similar? First answer to agree with mine or impress me as better wins.

My extensive research shows that neonates have something to do with babies, so I think it's because of the eyes.

The question is 'why' not 'how'!

Because none of them are yours. Yours, on the other hand, looks better, behaves better, and is so vastly superior in every way to any other baby that the comparison simply can't be made.

I take it that you simply disagree with the assumption in the question. Yours is included.

Of course she is...to you. The subset of the above is that they all look alike except yours so that you recognize yours.

Because they are, in fact, all very similar.

I think the answer to that is that they're embarassed by being mentioned in such a casual manner.

I anticipated that some such answer might be forthcoming. That's true as far as it goes. But it doesn't go far enough as you might well have guessed!
