What about 'splunge'.
My daughter aged – many years ago – aged three, was insistent on knowing how babies were made. Her mother prevaricated for as long as she could but – in the end, was forced to explain. Bethany sat there wide eyed. Then she said – “So if you and daddy want a baby, you just put your bottoms together and splunge away”.
