Rasther confuising headers here I'd just like to point out I am definitely attending the Rally just am not sure I can trun it into an hootoo meet. Have to wear the politicians hat unfortunately.

I will be attending the march along with all some or none of my fellow members of Kirkcaldy's Linktown Church. Again not sure about making the meet but it would be nice to try as I've never been to one before.

Bit of a hoo-haa about the anti war alliance wanting to have a protest on the same day as the Make Poverty History march.

Lothian polizei are having a bit of a panic about it. In all fairness, could they not have the march the next day?

Darn I thought they could have. I also have a No2ID event in the evening of the MPH rally. Busy weekend.

I definitely won't be going.

I would love to go but wild horses won't drag me into the city centre with so many people around.

Don't know why it didn't occurr to me earlier that the result of lots of people on a march is er... lots of people drinking after a march

Ok, my status is now: going to the rally but don't know if I can make the meet. I'll see if I've got time to drop by when I'm there.

I have a dilemma; spend £150 on the train or give the money to worthy causes?

That is a tough call! Especially considering the nature of the march.

Although the amrch is to put pressure who can make a bigger than £150 difference to the situation so may well be worth it!!!!

Well I've just spent £100 on two coach tickets and a tenner on two white tshirts, and I'm hoping to get a good return (which the G8 will send straight off to Africa)

Besides, I haven't been to Scotland for years.
