Cheers, dear smiley - smiley
I must say, this wine is absolutely delicious. And so is that dish you cooked by the way.
What I've been meaning to ask you, what have you been doing since that tea room party? I haven't talked to you ever since, so I haven't heard the latest news smiley - sadface

Laying low and staying out of trouble. I opened a Tea Shoppe here in town and have my niece, Phillipa, running it. Phillipa isn't the brightest, but she's useful. She'd be quite good-looking if she would only make an effort with some decent clothes and a haircut. Her husband left her 6 years ago and she still thinks he'll show up one day. ~sighs~ I do what I can with her.

What about you? Any girlfriends in the picture?

There is nobody I hate enough to make her *my* girlfriend. atm I wouldn't do that to anyone.
Besides, I don't think anyone is crazy enough to put up with me smiley - winkeye

Not even a red-headed spitfire?!!

Have you finished eating? Would you like some dessert? There's apple pie and ice cream, or left-over birthday cake. And I always have brownies on hand, of course.

A red-headed spitfire might do the trick. Unfortunately I don't know any smiley - winkeye.

I would like some ice cream please. I love ice cream. What flavours do you have? I'll wait with the brownie until the coffee, I think smiley - smiley

I don't know if it's called the same, but I like the rum-raisins, and I also like the green italian one, but I can't remember the name of that one right now smiley - sadface

Pistachio? *Looks at him over her shoulder as she continues rummaging in the freezer.* Are you sure you don't want chocolate? You look depressed to me.

That's not really depressing, is it? I was just putting into words a thought that I really thought about. Although I can see why it might look depressing to you. Don't worry about it. Everything is fine with me smiley - smiley

~grin~
You really want to know about my weekend? Are you sure?
Well, I had a great time at the Dutch meet. We went to het Kasteel on friday evening, and to Amsterdam on saturday. It was good to see the Towers again, and also very nice to meet Ormondroyd smiley - smiley.
Come to think of it, it was one of the best weekends I had in ages (except for Lowlands maybe smiley - winkeye )

Knock Knock

Post 78

Kheldar (Don't hate the media, Become the media)

The Towers as in the h2g2-Towers in London, as in Mark Moxon, Peta and Abi smiley - smiley
Lowlands as in "A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise", as in a very big multicultural festival with lots and lots of bands, DJ's and so on. Also with theatre, cinema, lots of different food and drinks stands. Took me a week to recover from that one smiley - winkeye
