I'm just a kid, but I love to read what other people have written and give them constructive criticism on it. I've had experience editing for various minor school publications. I have a good grasp of mechanics and the English language in general. I would also much rather be editing than writing, and this is the way I hope to be a part of the h2g2 community!
Thanks!

Hey echomikeromeo,
I wouldn't worry about being just a kid - some of our best volunteers are in their teens.
What we do from here is send out a quick subbing test - nothing too scary - just so that we can gauge where you are with our House style and see if you need a few extra pointers (it's more for our benefit than yours, so don't panic too much about it).
I'll be sending these out towards the end of this week, so keep an eye on your email in-box.
Thanks very much for volunteering, and we look forward to chatting with you again soon,
Jimster
