Greetings and salutations one and all!
Salutojn al ĉiuj!
Put simply, I like language. I have a degree in linguistics and even went to the trouble of learning esperanto. I am, quite frankly, a language fiend.
Can you see how I might enjoy being a sub-editor?
Ĝis la!
Steĉjo.

Apologies all. I didn't realise accented characters would be handled like that.

No worries, it gets us all at first
Welcome aboard h2g2, Stechjo. What we're doing for the moment is looking for people who know their way around h2g2 and have shown involvement in some of the many schemes, clubs and events on the site. As you're still quite new, can we suggest you take a look at Peer Review and get involved there? It will help out other Researchers with their writing and will also give us a good idea of the sorts of things you're interested in. Then hopefully, we'll be able to come back to you in the future for the next round of recruitment.
All the best, and I hope you enjoy exploring h2g2.
Jimster

Fair snuff. Used to be a member some time ago but disappeared from net-life for a while. Couldn't remember my id so I rejoined. Still, guess I need some time to get used to the changes since way back when.
Chips and gravy,
Stechjo

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
