A Conversation for Volunteer to be a Sub-editor

I love to read and write. I'm working on a book (although as I said in my space, it's in spurts of inspiration) and I'm the leader of a group of creative writers. I select and edit what will go on our site.
I enjoy editing, as I hate it when people use incorrect grammar or sentence structure, and I love making words seem to flow.
Another reason I want to be a Sub-Editor is because I want to be able to get advice from the real editors. I want to learn from them, as I'm studying to be a journalist myself.
There's not much more that I can say, so I'll just leave it at that.
Thank you,
EBWrite

That's plenty enough! I'll get a Subs recruitment email off to you asap - check your in-tray!
I'll also put you on the list for the Scouts, but there's a bit more of a waiting list on that one. Shouldn't be too long, though.

Great! I'm on vacation right now, so I haven't been able to reply to anything until now, but I'll try to reply to your e-mail as soon as possible.
Thanks,
