Well, you know what to do...
Lurk on <./>MP295</.> answering as many questions as you can.
Post links (to the threads you've been helping out in) in this thread, and when Mina is satisfied with your Guru knowledge etc etc she'll award you with the shiny silver (or purple if you're a Bruneller) Guru badge.

Great, I normally recruit on a Thursday afternoon, but if you can hang around at U295 and answer some questions in between, I'll be able to see how you're doing when the time comes.
