Hi all..
..
I hate having to ask 'dumb' questions..but..I won't learn..if I don't ask..I've seen Opera mentioned a few times..What is Opera..I'm assuming it's a 'server'..am I correct..or anywhere near correct..

No it is a web browser. It comes as a pleasant alternative to Internet Explorer.
