Hi!
In most entries, there's no need to indent paragraphs, so they're not automatically indented. However, bulleted lists and quotes are indented.
To indent bulleted lists, use:
Item 1
Item 2
...
To indent quotes, use:
Quote

Or i guess you could use space smileys, or you could use the tab entity, although i wouldn't advise it, because i've know there be problems with it in the past.

There are also tables (<./>GuideML-TABLE</.> and pre blocks (<./>GuideML-PRE</.>. Although tables are best for tabular data, they're also quite widely used just for layout, and to position text.
