I am not coping well with this,I am now depressed and more suicidal myself. all assistance requires referrals or worse still someone just telling you something you don't already know, therapies requires money and time off work - catch 22 or wot?!

I am a member of mytherapy, its an on line discussion group, they have a section specially for depression. Just look up Mytherapy, o n the web.
