A Conversation for Roskilde 2000 - What happened
Friendly bands?

I just read another article about Oasis and Pet S**t Boys wanting to cancel the Roskilde-festival. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Am not happy. I totally agree with most people that it is a good festival and that the people there did have a good time even though the tragedy happened. The mood of the festival changed but it didn't make it bad.
Oasis and PSB need to land. I don't know where they've been during these few weeks. I hope it was a good place. Cause it doesn't make me believe that they are friendly people. I mean first they cancel their concerts. Fine. Different people have different ways of paying respect (not that I think that was the reason). Then they don't even take the time to go to the festival site to make a statement to the crowds or a press conference there (even though they were in Copenhagen, less than one hour away in a car). And then when you don't think it can get any worse. Then they insist/demand that they be paid for the concert they didn't perform. That signals nice guys doesn't it?
I think that Oasis and PSB should give the money they should've gotten for the gig to the Tragedy Fund. I mean it's not like they're poor, is it? They can afford to give something to the fund. That's what I think!
