You've put forward some very interesting ideas in your article which has previously spent some time in the Writing Workshop.

I think that if you read the Writing-Guidelines for the Edited Guide you'll see that your article doesn't really fit the criteria because it covers systems that might be implemented in the future rather than things that exist now.

Have you seen the iCan site? http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ican/ Perhaps your ideas would find a wider audience there.

This is a system for the future, it does not exist in practice at the moment, beng unused to h2g2 I did put it in workshop by mistake and the heading too.

Looking at your space, I'm guessing you're looking for somewhere to engage people in conversation about controversial/contentious issues. You'll find lots of like-minded folk at <./>Askh2g2</.>. Feel free to start a few threads.

You need to remove your article from Peer Review. Go to <./>RF1</.>, scroll down and click on the remove link (which may be an 'x') next to your article in the list at the bottom of the page.
