First I lost all my journal entries, now all the discussions in which I was involved between November 2 and today have vanished fomr my space. What's going on?

Big apologies - the servers decided to self-combust, and as a result everyone 'disappeared'. The problem should have gone away now, but if it happens again, you know our servers are down, and will pop back up in a few hours.
Sorry about that. I wish there was a way to predict things like server crashes, but there isn't. If the problem comes back, let us know - and if you're still having a problem, definitely say, because it should all be OK now.

The forum conversations are still missing - as if I had unsubscribed - and my Journal is still blank (about which I'm not to fussed), but new conversations in subscribed forums and new repies to existing forum postings are now coming through.

Aaargh! It's happened again, all right. Every conversation in which I've taken part since before Christmas has vanished fomr my space, my Journal has gone again, and the clock seems to be stuck at some point in the past - hence a posting "2 weeks ago" has been "2 weeks ago" since before Christmas.
Is it something I'm doing?

Woah - you're right! Weird.
I'll ask someone technical to look at it asap. Hopefully we can track down the reason...

Don't know yet why this has happened, but I've restored your old threads list and your journal. You might have to unsubscribe again from conversations you're no longer interested in, because I'll have added back unsubscribed threads.
