Folks,
I recently made a foray into My Journals. The first page was grand and wonderful, just as I'd seen it many times before. When I decided to reminisce with my Older Postings, I was surprised to find all the lines had run together, as if the 'carriage returns' had all been removed. I'm sure this saves a bit of space on the mainframe, but it plays havoc with the readability of the text. 
Is this going to be a permanent condition, or can your system gurus rectify the situation? 
Let me know if you'll address the issue sometime soon.

That is very strange and certainly not something we've ever been aware of before. I'll ask a few questions and get back to you asap

Hi Ottox, yes indeed we have noticed and we've reported it and hopefully we can get a fix in asap.

OK, a fix has been put in place. The journals should be formatting correctly now.

Yes, that's got it sussed! 
My wife, and the people at work, know this: if there's anything wrong with a process or a system, I'll be the one to stumble upon it and make mention of it.
