It gets confused if you miss out the trailing quote. A very old bug that's yet to be fixed.

Traveller in Time included the second quote for starters
"I justy copied and pasted the title from another thread, including the quotes.
With or without the last does not matter both give the same (exept for the URL)
I prefer to use the double quotes myself, now I know why again 
"
