I don't know if this affects everyone or just me but every morning at about 00:30 (GMT) I am logged out of h2g2. When I try to log back in, I am presented with the following error message:
[ Can't open /home/system/www//includes/singlesignon.site: Connection refused ] [ Can't open /home/system/www//includes/singlesignon.section: No such file or directory ]
and a message saying that the BBC site is experiencing problems and to come back later.
I find this problem usually resolves itself at about 00:45 but it is annoying if it happens when I'm writing a reply.
I have checked everything on my end and my connection to the internet is fine. I noticed another, similar bug was reported a few weeks back but it appears to be at a different time. Apologies if this is just another effect of the same bug.
Thanks!

Don't worry, it's everyone who gets hit at half-past midnight. This is the time in the day that the Beeb has decided to back-up their SSO database. Everything is down for 20 minutes or so, and then it comes back in perfect working order

It's caused by the backups of the SSO database happening at that time every night. They are supposed to be moving to once a week, but this hasn't happened yet.
