Since there is in fact no 'Discuss' button, I'm assuming that 'Start a new converstion' is the equivalent.
My problem is that I know there is a complete listing of all conversation forums, because I've seen and used it, but can't find it again, no matter what search criteria I use. Please, what's the secret password?

Search isn't really a list of all conversation forums though - just a way to find specific posts/threads (which often doesn't work). The closest thing to a list of forums is the natural counting numbers with an F imagined as being stuck on the front of each. There are lists of articles and of threads (recently updated or per forum) though, eg <./>info</.>.
