Why tea?

Why is tea always used for portable Improbability Drives? Why not hot cocoa? I wonder what it's high sugar content would do to the Improbability factors involved?

I think tea is used because it itself is improbible. What are the chances of someone putting dried leaves in hot water and then enjoying how it tastes? Not to mention the addition of "milk squirted out of a cow" to quote Douglas Adams.

I like tea. but so is cocoa - who'd have thought of taking such an extremely sour thing as chocolate and adding so much sugar that it becomes sweet, and then adding marshmellows?
