No I'm sure spiders don't get depressed. Frustrated sometimes, angry often, but generally they subscribe to the philosophy that hard work, either physical or mental, is the cure for damn near everything and they have little time to feel sorry for themselves.
Relieved to hear you are not a recluse or in a brown study. Keep spinning your web and stay warm and dry. More flies will zip in zoon.
