A Conversation for Babe Among the Stars

Take a look to the South-East around midnight to get one of the best views of Jupiter. From the UK's latitudes it is low down, only about 15-20 degrees above the horizon, but it's so bright as to be unmissable.
It is astoundingly bright at the moment. Binoculars show it up well and its four moons are strung out like a necklace. With the magnification of a small telescope the equatorial bands are easily seen.
well worth a visit.
