Is the halala a unit of currency in Bangladesh? If not does anyone know where it is from?

Sorry, no. Halala is not the currency of Bangladesh. the name of the Bangladesh currency is TAKA (Tk) . one pound is equal to 80 Taka. The rate may change. I think you have heard the word 'halal'. This means 'pure'. Halal is an arabic word, an Islamic word. the foods and animals that are not forbiden in the Islamic Religion are called 'Halal'.
