OK, so now you know what I've been listening to in the last few months...
I think the music is so great that I had to keep wondering why the band 'self-destucted' in the middle of the tour. If half the tour gave us three albums worth of musical delight, what would've happened if the tour had gone on? In any case, I found a lot of information about the tour scattered around in the internet. The extract of this information is this Entry.
Probably full of typos and linguistic stumbling blocks.
I'll be glad to process your comments.

Tis certainly a great album, and probably one of the 30 or 40 ish Zappa alumbs I've got that comes out the most I think you['l nedd to tidy the article up a bit to get it into the EG One thing; where the list of musitions is would that work better as a bulleted list? I can't concentrate well enough to make any constructive doobrys at the moment, I think somethings come loose in my head and I can't find the blue tac

You are a prolific writer, aren't you?
I've read it with great interest since I do not know much about Zappa.

O. I listened to Zappa at a friend's place back in the past. I never thought of buying any. Perhaps your right, I should get some records of my own.

Wow! Wonderful article! The world needs to know more about Frank.
When was it that Frank was invited to visit a new democratically elected leader of a formerly communist county?
This deserves to go to the head of the line.
A favorite tune..."Billy the Mountain"
A favorite Album..."Freak Out" (?), about 1968. Listened to it on a truly stange new years eve 12/31/1968.
Great job..

Hi Hell, good work again....
For the quote at the start, try:
The 1988 road band self-destructed before U.S. audiences in the South, Midwest and West could hear it perform. It was, however, heard and appreciated by East Coast and European audiences during its brief existencefrom February to June 1988) Frank Zappa in the liner notes of The Best Band You Never Heard in Your Life.
Two h2g2 links for you:
A157196 Frank Zappa - Musician
A592959 Mike Keneally - Musician
For the list of musicians:
Frank Zappa (lead guitar/vocal).
Ike Willis (guitar/vocal).
etc. etc.
....should sort out the formatting.

Inspite> s/b In spite?
beomming> is this the proper English spellimg of becoming (like the traveler/traveller exception)?

The only thing I dare to say about his sense of humour is that it's risqué. I wouldn't want to categorize anything about FZ. FZ cannot be properly categorized.

"How would you catogorize Frank Zappa's sense of humour?"
Right up there with Stan Freberg or Steve Allen. Or, for that matter,
Spike Jones and Steely Dan.
