In Wales (and also, I believe, in Scandinavia) the fairies are known as the "fair folk".
In Scotland they are known as "Good Neighbours", or simply "the Folk".
In Ireland, I am told that they are known as `Honest Folk' (Daoine Coire) or `Good People' (Daoine Matha).

I keep forgetting to reply to this, as it's at the bottom of the page. I came across a web site that had quite a few different names for fairies, but when I looked for it again I couldn't find it.
I will be adding more names for fairies, not sure yet which ones, there's so many of them
