On a relatively low scoring day, the only movement in the table sees Mu Beta overtake Egon into 2nd place with his score of 9 points. On another point, Switzerland have now been confirmed as going out of the tournament at the group stage so anyone with Swiss players may wish to ensure they are replaced before the end of the group stage

I assume, having seen nothing to the contrary, that transfers are fully open?
Can I suggest that this system might be open to abuse in a short space of team, and it would be easiest to have a window between the group stages and the second round, as per last time?
