One thing I should point out is that you have to serve the customers, and I'm sure you know what a picky lot they are.
So, why should I give either of you the job?

argh, this is made of solid gold, oh well, look everyone; I'm rich, I have a gold ice-cream!
Dont worry about the job EV, I'll cope, but can you make me your star customer of the week because I did buy the gold ice-cream and I'll also make up for the lost profit by helping bluebottle out and going 50/50 with his ice-creams.
So, I haven't been here for a few days, needed a lunch break (in Sheffield).
