Now, I might be biased since I am a Greater Copenhagener -- but not only do I agree with your assessments (and like them!), I also confess that I find Copenhagen to be one of the nicest big (OK, "big") cities around.

If I might humbly suggest a few additions in case the Editors require some rework (errh - I did spot a few typos and a missing word or two in there, so they might):

Parks -- Copenhagen is one of the greener cities I know of. What about strolling in Kongens Have in your lunch break on a summer day (not like todays rain smiley - sadface), catching a few rays and watching where you go rather than ogling the office girls from City sunbathing...

I could say Café Norden straight across from Café Europe - but that would only be a matter of personal preference. Also, if you haven't tried Café Sommersko - I seem to remember from my not-too-distant youth that the café thing in Copenhagen took off from there.

Oh, and I'm happy to hear somebody call the busses cheap smiley - winkeye

Mentioning Hans Christian Andersen -- there's actually a statue of him next to Rådhuset (the City Hall). If I rememmer correctly, it's to the right when you stand on Rådhuspladsen and look at the Rådhus.

*Geez, I absolutely love mixing English and Danish that way!*

And finally -- Danish *is* difficult to learn. Even Danes have a hard time speaking it properly

(if you feel a bit paranoid, I might stop following your line of entries now -- for a while, at least...)

"Just because your paranoid, does not mean they are not after you" - quote from something but I can't remember what (PWEI maybe?). smiley - smiley

I have only just seen your reply! I think that is one 'problem' on H2G2. It does not seem to 'pop up' and tell you when someone has replied to one of your articles???

I realised there are some typos, oops! I have got my girlfriend to proof read it and being an ex teacher, marked the entire article with BIG RED PEN !!!

I will add some of your suggestions as soon as I have checked those places out. I do not like written about things I have not seen or experinced myself. Feels like cheating.

No problem with you mixing in some Danish, I can understand some written Danish words!

The parks is a great idea, I shall add something about Frederiksberg park, now that a cool place when the sun is out.

Mvh
Shaun
