About the cans... And also bottles...

Actually, cans are no longer illegal in Denmark. Even though the Danish politician Svend Auken tried to ban them forever the European Union (EU) imposed a law on Denmark saying cans where o.k. So now you can get cans with almost every drink. And if you return the empty cans you even get 1 krone in return.
In addition to the cans, it is now also possible to buy sodas in 2 liter bottles. This has been illegal before, but in order to get rid of the parallell-import of 2 liter bottles from Poland, you can now buy them without breaking the law. Produced in Denmark and with a 'pant' of three kroner for the empty bottle.
Somewhere in Copenhagen (Mostly on Nørrebro) it is still possible to buy 4 liters of Coke for only 28 kroner. That's quite cheap!
