there is a book called "state of fear" it it about how global warming is a load of crap and isnt realy happening
it points out that the earth naturaly goes into a warming and cooling cycl that lasts about 100 years or so and we happen to cath a warming cycle
the average temperature has risen 1 degree(farenheit) this past 100 years does that sound like all that much does it
and the ice caps are not melting very fast they havent even melted enough toraise the ocean a mesurable amount
so like i said THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP

Well, so is God, Jesus, Allah, Jehovah, Buddha, Confucious, insert name of religious figure here, Republicanism, nationalism, and John Grisham novels, but that doesn't stop anyone discussing them/reading them/buying them/insert proper action here.

Not a 'bunch of crap', just humans trying to figure out the world around them. Instead of blaming angry gods, we're coming up with scientific explanations which change as our understanding changes. We're almost certainly wrong about some parts of our latest theories. Doesn't mean we're wasting our time; we have to eliminate a lot of wrong ideas before we end up with some correct ones.
