Hi KB!
Interesting article - that area is a beautiful part of N. Ireland.
Usually, geographical entries such as this are titled something like, "Millisle, Co. Down, Northern Ireland", or something like that.
Just in terms of directions, maybe you could be a bit more specific. How far soith of Newtownards or north of Portaferry? What's the closest main town? Is it on the east or west side of the Ards peninsula?
Where does the name come from? Any really old settlements there? Ring forts or passage tombs? When did the village in its modern form come into being? During the plantations or earlier?
Are there any attractions close by? Any activities, such as fishing etc that are good from this point?

You may find this useful A1286921 for the kind of information to include King Bomba
>"If you walk along the main street in Millisle, you will notice the boarded up remains of this famous local establishment."
That sentence will be out of date when a new owner takes over, with a new business, think you'll need to re-word it.
Your 'Subject title' is your first 'header', rather than having a subheader, directly under a header, maybe you could move that down a couple of paragraphs.

Very useful, thanks. One of the reasons I wrote this was to see how much there was to be said about the town, since it's so obscure it's unbelievable. I'm finding more to include than I thought I would since I got the idea for it though!

How close is Millisle to Mount Stewart Gardens? Close enough for a day trip?

At a guess about 6 or 7 miles, definitely close enough, but on the other side of the peninsula - the Irish sea side.

Are you still working on this? I think it's a good start but there are some suggestions in this conversation worth noting. There must be more information you could give - how many inhabitants? Its ancient history? Type of architecture?

Excwellent King_Bomba you may want to link it to other major towns in County Down to give the non-Norn Irish a sense of place. sadly the only one with an edited entry is Bangor A740503. I am working on Belfast but it is some way off yet. Also this will make a fine entry I can link my A2 entry to.

I haven't actually touched this entry for a while. I have a rough idea of what I'm going to add though, but I just haven't got around to it.

I've added a bit now and addressed some of the points mentioned. A bit better I think.

Unless anyone has anything else to add I think I'll let it stand.
