Should High Earners Pay Bigger Fine? :
High earner should have to pay bigger fines because the bigger the fine they have to pay the less chaces will be there for them to commit minor offences repeatedly that they often do deliberately.

Hey Sham:
You've been through this before. I presumed that you now understood why previous personal opinion and question pieces have been rejected from PR before, and decided to follow the guidelines.
If you have some subject to write about, and it fits the guidelines, we'd all like to see it here. But this is just abusing the system by mis-posting. PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES!!
If posting it here was just a mistake, by all means just remove it from PR. I'd love to respond to the question properly, but not here.
