Don't make the formula milk stronger by adding extra powder if you think you have a hungry baby. This will only confuse your baby's digestive system. If your baby is hungry, she will drink more milk, so you don't have to worry.
Some bottles have a valve which allows air into the bottle as the milk comes out. With these you can just put the teat in the baby's mouth and take it out when she is finished. If there is no valve, you will have to interrupt the baby every so often to let in the air, otherwise she will be sucking but nothing will be coming out.
You can make up the bottles last thing at night instead of first thing in the morning. This suits some people. The important thing is that you make it a regular task, which you do without thinking about.

"rinse them out" -- You must say "rinse them out with the cooled water from the kettle" because I have heard of mothers who rinsed the bottles out under the tap.
It might be worth saying that the reason you have to be so careful with sterilisation is that the milk is going to sit in the bottle for hours and hours, so it must be clean. Even when your baby is old enough to take food off an unsterilised spoon, you must still continue to sterilise the bottles for the formula milk.
