Aromatherapy can be used to relax in a bath at the end of a bad day
I find that to add a few drops of Lavendar oil to a bath can really help to unravel those knots. If you don't have time for that vaporising oils in a burner for that purpose is also very effective. There are so many other oils with so many effects I find it all very fascinating. My especial favourite is to get my husband to massage my back with aromatherapy oils very very relaxing

That`s funny, I find that coating myself from head to toe in a thick covering of reconstituted lard and dancing around under the full moon while smoking copious amounts of opium also has a very relaxing effect. Tell you what, I`ll try your method, you try mine and we`ll exchange notes.
