I was eyeballing Kelli's journal and noted that you wanted to know about WW. Did you know you can sign up for their website, and use the tools without paying? I used to be a member, but I can't afford it anymore, so I just hang out on the web at www.weightwatchers.com (you might have a different .whatever, being in Germany). Or, you could sign up to the UK site.
(I'd join in the talk at Kelli's journal, but y'all are *much* younger than me, and I can't run anymore anyway!)

Hope this helps you get to see what WW is all about, you've got the important part from Kelli).

Sho - employed again!

Oh thanks for that tip - I'll have a look. (I did notice that a branch of WW opened in my town, maybe if I can't have some KGs shifted before the German meet I can go along for a looky-see)

As for being *much* younger than you - I'm not sure about that. *takes deep breath* I'm 46...
and running takes it out of me these days (too cold for my lungs & ears at the mo)

Um, I'm going to be 60 late this year...already started just saying 60 when anyone asks.

Although, they say a woman who'll tell you her age can't be trusted! smiley - rofl
