Two birds with one stone?

Actually, on closer inspection, it seems to be mostly thrillers.

I'll sort through it and tell you what's in there, then. It's an entire moving box full, so I don't think I can just ship it all at once

I could always come and collect it...

You could, but it's about 350km from where you live Unless you want to go on holiday in the Solling, it would probably be too much hassle!
I'll be down your way again next month; I can stuff a first load in my backpack and we'll see if we can meet up.
Unless, of course, I do go to work for my friends in Geilenkirchen before that, which would put me a lot closer to you

oh Geilenkirchen is within spitting distance.
As for 350km... we're maybe sort of perhaps planning camping "up North-ish" at the beginning of August.

Now that might work.
Or you'll have to make do with an unrenovated room.

But at least you have the chicken in there. That's the important thing!

No, that's safe in the new kitchen. The old kitchen is full of smashed tiles and loose plaster and old wallpaper, mostly.

Righty ho.
We've just reserved our holiday accommodation which is near to Soltau.
Which means that on the way back it might be possible to detour and relieve you of books...
If you'd be up for it (we're leaving there on 8th August...)
Now is your chance to

Why not? Sounds good. I might even still be here (have to be in Wupp the week after that, but not on the weekend) and even if not, my family's still here. And most of them don't bite!

Yes, your clever use of quantifiers did not delude me as to the true nature of your warning statement

Oh, by the way, I apologise if I left a teabag somewhere it doesn't belong. I know I had tea, but can't for the life of me remember where I put the teabag or whether I remembered to clear away the dishes I wasn't quite awake this morning

Well, I didn't find one and nobody mentioned one so I guess you're in the clear!
What time did you get up in the end? When the cat jumped on your head?
