I just popped in to tell you of a lovely incident which just happened here. There I was, having just watched the latest episode of 24 (JackPresident Palmer etc)and flicking around the channels. The 'Two Towers' was on so I switched over and just got there seconds before my absolute favourite part...yep, Aragorn coming in through those doors at Helms Deep.

So I'm now swooning both from the happy coincidence and the image itself

If only hadn't unexpectedly got the evening off yesterday, I was going to watch FOTR last night, and TTT tonight. While ironing.

Well, the is just as good as a steam iron any day

I'll remember to try that sometime while ironing..!

I must book myself in for a nice long LOTR sesh one Saturday afternoon, curtains closed, just me and the DVD player...will just have to turf Spouse off the telly, which is tricky given the amount of sport that's on at the weekends!

oh I know what you mean. Hardly had I finished my annual "Footie season has finished" tapdance than I remembered the Outermongolian tiddlywinks tournament, Senegalese snail racing and Cricket.

Cricket in all it's forms (except women's which never seems to be on tv )

But still... at least 5 nights a week I have the goggle box to myself. Last night Troy
