If I got it right, you live in Germany, right? Now, there is a suitable question for a person who lives in the good old Germany and most probably enjoys the perfect weather the last three days or so and it is - what do you like more - Hefeweizen, Pils or Helles? Of course, there is also a secret option number 4 - German beer sucks, pour a Guinness, but if enlisted in the question, the subject would have gone political, no?

well, when it's hot and I'm thirsty I like a nice Pils. If I'm in Köln (which I am often enough) I like a Kölsch - even though it's like maiden's water.
But if I'm in a pub, or out in a beer garden in the evening, it's got to be Guinness. Every time
Why do you ask?
and what's yours?

It was just a thought at the end of the day. You know, when you're finished with the work for the day, you like to ask people nice things.
My favourite in the winter is definitely Guinness. Guinness makes you strong! But in the summer it's either Helles or Hefeweizen. They call it Weissbier here in Munich. Lately I have been trying a dangerous Bavarian mix called - Russn - Lemonade and Hefeweizen, equal parts. It's unexpectedly good. *giggles* Especially after sport.

oh like a big Radler? I'm not keen on Hefeweizen - actually since I have a problem with my stomach, I can't drink much beer at all since it makes me have horrible symptoms. But one or two is ok.
How was your weather today?
We had a huge storm here - at 11am it was as dark as midnight. We didn't know if it was the apocalypse or if there was a giant spaceship over our office

You're right! Stomach is important.
The weather has been odd for the last three days. And I don't mean just the heat. The sky looks strange. The giant spaceship must have moved to Koeln today, because we have it for quite a long time ere really. Seems it has decided to land there, so now we have clear and Bavarian blue (like they call it round here) sky.
Anyway, I hope the storm drops by here too, to freshen up a bit and also, to make the grass grow higher so that I could make use of my antihistamines.

you have to love antihistamines...
My poor Gruesome #1 has developed hay fever, so we're going to have to do something about that. Mine seems to be coming back now - having vanished when I first got pregnant (there seems to be an answer there but I'm not spotting it )
Bavarian blue, eh...
hungry now

Not especially, no! But sometimes they are necessity, you know, in case you're about to stop breathing.
It's however delightful, how mild the new generation of antihistamines are. I grew up with a heavy artillery of drugs that could kill a horse if taken on a regular basis.
I don't know what could be done to stop the overreaction. I've heard of some tedious procedures whose purpose is to force your body to get used to the fact that the flowers also want to mate , but I haven't tested them yet.
p.s. Hey, do not, make stains on the Bavarian flag. It's been recently washed.
