but this year I am really determined, only thing is I have very limited time in the UK.

So, I'll be over during the first week of October.

Can't do weekeknd of the 13th

realistically, I can only really do Friday 5th October (because on 6th I'll be driving back to Germany)

or a weekday in the week immediately preeceding that one

or The Sunday before which is 30th Sept, which is the day I arrive in the UK (Hull)

Fri 5th it would probably be too late in the evening after I got up there from work. Never know, though.

Sun 30th you'll be in Hull

Mon 1st is a possibility but only in the daytime as I'd have to drive back down here that night for work Tues (so no booze)

I arrive in Hull at 9am, Sheffield around 10:30 am.

That leaves the whole day... and if you were off Monday, that leaves Sunday night for boozing in those lovely smoke-free pubs that you have in Blighty

And behold I am off on the Monday!

So I think we should pencil in Sunday evening for grub 'n' booze somewhere. I just need to be able to get a bus back to my Mum's at some point(don't know about the Sunday timetables).

Who else can we invite?

Pinniped, GreyDesk, FootBacon... they're the ones who are usually laughing at my support for Sheffield Wednesday(nil)

So far I'm still coming over. I haven't got my tickets yet but I come over at this time every year.

I suppose I'd better start drumming up some custom for this.
