they only deal with the UK HQ - and since I lasted 7 years for the last lot, I reckon a change is as good as a rest!

They're at the stage that my lot were at when I first joined, so I reckon I'd be good for at least 5 years.

(and Asians seem to own everything these days - my last compay was Asian owned too)

boring jobs which pay the rent are ok as long as you're not dying of the mind numbing control freakery that permeates some places

girlfriend, eh? you will bring her to the next meet, won't you? (whenever that might be) or are you keeping your online life separate?

When's the Australia trip?

It looks increasingly like I won't be at the Spring meet, as that's the time I'm planning to be in Australia

My girlfriend is aware of my h2g2 habit, but I feel it's too soon to introduce her to the bunch of freaks who actually go to meets...give it another 100 years or so, then we'll see!

And it's not my murialist attitude, it's my landlord's...
