What a wonderful entry. I had no idea that the humble spinach had so much goodness in it.

I suppose that I should have realised that something I was eating was doing me good as I have just celebrated my 78 birthday and had a very rocky passage healthwise which I have survived.

As a victim of PMT in my youth I was drawn to your entry for many reasons. I am curious and getting curiouser about where you live - and your children - and the fact that you are - well - probably not going to answer all my cheeky questions.!!

Nevertheless, I am so pleased that I have met you and through you that quite extraordinary little person of hope, echomikeromeo.
Truly my day has been made and I am so lucky to be alive.
