Don't add in oxides of sulphur at that point. If you're talking about buring oxygen, nitrogen and hydrocarbons, it doesn't make any sense to mention oxides of sulphur since sulphur hasn't been mentioned.

actually, Trig, in this sentence:
"Hence motor fuel contains hydrocarbons and organic compounds4 containing nitrogen" > Hence motor fuel contains hydrocarbons and organic compounds4 containing nitrogen AND SULPHUR.

What it says at the moment is:

This is a bit of unnecessary repitition which could be tidied up.
