Comes in to try and catch the meditative flow from the garden. So peaceful compared to the world outside.

*settles into a Cobbler's Pose on a rock near the stream and begins to meditate*

Returns to the quiet garden, finds a shaded spot near a willow tree and sits down to rest.

This place looks tranquil. Just what I need today.

*places prayer-stool beside pool and settles himself*

uniting momentarily

*sits quietly and listens to the sounds of the garden...cicadas, water, wind rustling leaves...peace*

Trees! I love trees!

*finds old trees with big roots forming a U, like an armchair*

*sits down in the U, leaning back against trunk*

*closes eyes, practising special breathing technique that will help her relax*

*stretches out on the cool grass and watches clouds*

*dips toes in the refreshing cold of the stream briefly, then goes back to her rock*
