So.. are we looking for a new ID or an old one? Without this small piece of information, the hounds are likely to die of old age before we find him.

The fish do sometimes swim the other way but they have to leave and come back (if you know what I mean).
I'm glad that nobody thinks the runner is me this time. Was my Nodding Dog article so unconvincing as to lead you to think that I wasn't real?

Yes, sorry about my little "Red Herring" he doesn't get out much...
So far no guesses have been close...
However if you need a clue the numbers between 100000 & 120000... So I guess it's quite an old one. Hope that narrows it down for you.
