The Pertwee version has more convoluted du-na-na-nungs (mostly clearly audible at the very beginning and end of the theme) while the Baker arrangement has a bit more oomph.
Don't worry, Jar Jar, I might have struggled a bit to identify which was which myself. If I was a proper fan I'd be able to tell you which stories they came from!
